Labor of Love

Pastor Mike’s message, “Labor of Love,” teaches that true Christian love is more than words—it is demonstrated through our actions and the way we live. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 13 and Jesus’ command to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, the message shows how love requires discipline, service, and endurance. Discipline teaches us to control our emotions and actions while surrendering to God’s direction; service develops compassion and calls us to put others before ourselves; and endurance gives us patience, hope, and strength to remain faithful through difficult times. Ultimately, because Christ first loved us, we are called to love others with patience, kindness, truth, perseverance, and a willingness to serve—making our love visible through both our faith and our actions.
